1. Physical Products (Clothing)

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
2. Cultural Workshops / Experiences

• Bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days before the event for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop.
• If Cotton Blanc must cancel an event due to weather, safety, or operational issues, guests will receive a full refund.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

若為 商品瑕疵、寄錯商品:退貨運費由本店負擔。
