1. General

Cotton Blanc provides cotton apparel and cultural experience bookings to international customers. All products and services are described as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur.


2. Pricing & Payment

----------------------

• Prices are listed in TWD for Taiwan orders, and may be shown in other currencies (such as USD or EUR) for international reference unless otherwise stated.

• We currently accept bank transfer (ATM bank transfer) for online orders.

• Additional payment methods (such as credit card or digital wallet payments via local payment providers) may be introduced in the future once approved.

• Customers are responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees applied by their own banks or card issuers.


3. Shipping

• Orders are shipped from Taiwan.

• Delivery times vary by destination.

• International customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes.


4. Booking of Experiences

• Cultural workshops require full payment at the time of booking.

• Participants must meet safety and participation guidelines stated in the event description.


5. Cancellations & Refunds

6. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior  

• Attempt to resell or misuse our services  

• Violate local laws or intellectual property rights  


7. Limitation of Liability

Cotton Blanc is not liable for:

• Delays caused by customs or transportation carriers  

• Injuries or losses resulting from customer negligence during workshops  

• Indirect or consequential damages

使用本網站、購買商品或預訂活動，即表示您同意以下服務條款。

1. 一般條款

  1. 本店為合法登記之個人 / 小規模營業人，透過本網站提供服飾銷售與文化體驗服務。

  2. 本條款適用於所有使用本網站之顧客。

  3. 本店保留隨時更新條款之權利，更新後立即生效。

2. 商品資訊與訂購流程

  1. 商品照片僅供參考，實際顏色可能因螢幕及光線差異略有不同。

  2. 下單前請確認顏色、尺寸與數量，本店無法修改已成立之訂單內容。

  3. 訂單成立後，系統會寄出確認信件至您所填寫的 Email。

3. 付款方式

目前可使用以下付款方式（依平台與金流審查狀態調整）：

  • ATM 轉帳

  • LINE Pay（申請中）

  • 信用卡（VISA/MasterCard/JCB）（申請中）

付款完成後訂單即成立。

4. 出貨與配送

台灣地區配送

  • 配送方式：7-11 超商取貨

  • 運費：NT$60

  • 出貨時間：付款後 1–3 個工作天（不含例假日）

若因超取逾期、資料錯誤或無法聯繫導致退件，二次寄送費用需由買家負擔。

國際配送

依照您所在地區提供 EMS 或 DHL 等配送方式。
運費、配送天數及可能的關稅將於「運送政策」頁面詳載。

5. 退換貨政策（摘要）

若為台灣訂單，享有依台灣消費者保護法提供之 7 日鑑賞期（非試用期）。

退貨商品需符合以下條件：

  • 全新未使用、未下水

  • 包裝完整、吊牌未拆

  • 無香味、髒污或損壞

若為個人因素退貨（尺寸不合、不喜歡等），退貨運費需由買家負擔。

國際訂單之退換貨政策，請參考「Refund Policy」。 

6. 個人資料保護

我們僅使用顧客提供之個人資料以：

  • 完成訂單

  • 出貨、物流聯繫

  • 客服協助

7. 禁止事項

使用本網站時，您不得：

  • 提供不實資料

  • 於未成年情況下未經監護人同意下單

  • 進行任何破壞或干擾網站運作之行為

  • 使用非本人合法取得之付款方式

8. 免責聲明

  • 因不可抗力因素（天災、疫情、海關延誤等）造成之配送延遲，本店不負賠償責任。

  • 網站資料如有錯漏，本店保留修正與取消訂單之權利。
