Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
All parcels come with tracking numbers.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Because Cotton Blanc operates on small-batch production and international shipping,
we do not accept international returns or exchanges, except for defective items.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will assist you.

• 訂單成立後 1–3 個工作天內出貨（不含例假日）
• 若遇補貨、節慶、天候或不可抗力因素可能延遲，會主動通知您
📌 運費說明
7-11 超商取貨：NT$60
台灣離島目前不提供寄送服務。
📌 取貨注意事項
• 超商包裹需於 7 天內完成取件
• 因超過取件期限、地址錯誤、聯繫不上等原因導致包裹退回，重新寄送費用將由買家負擔
• 自取請務必提前預約，以免當日無人在工作室
📌 訂單追蹤
• 超商取貨 — 出貨後會提供「取貨編號」
• 工作室自取 — 將透過 Email 或 WhatsAPP 通知預約時間
